Wild School Fridays are a special opportunity for your child to get outside, have fun, and develop valuable skills. Promoting leadership and interpersonal relationships, Wild Fridays are the perfect addition to your child's development.
Practical learning promotes better knowledge retention and Wild Fridays are the perfect way for your child to develop and execute valuable life skills. Our focus is on fostering self-awareness, resilience, and empathy in our students. Using a multi-faceted approach, Wild Friday students spend the majority of the day outside, building relationships with their peers and reflecting on their behaviour while learning adventure skills such as orienteering, fire building, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
Students are given the opportunity to learn the value of their connection to earth via meditative practice, outdoor play and discovery, as well as acquiring plant and animal knowledge.
This is a unique opportunity for your child to interact with our fantastic staff of outdoor educators, adventure guides, and wilderness therapists. Students of all capabilities and experience are welcome.
